Claiming this is the BEST Fettuccine Alfredo is a bold statement, but it’s all I’ve been told by everyone who has ever enjoyed it. It’s not too heavy, it’s packed with flavor, and it’s ridiculously easy to make!

- 16 Oz Fettuccine Alfredo
- 1 and 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
Boil water for Fettuccine (Adding in a sprinkle of salt and a dash of oil)
Cook Fettuccine according to package instructions
Slice stick of butter and melt in a medium sized skillet with 1 cup of Heavy Cream, stirring frequently
Once Pasta is ready, strain and then return back to pot
Pour in Butter and Heavy Cream mixture over pasta and stir
Pour in remaining 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream and then slowly add in the Parmesan Cheese
Continue stirring all ingredients together until sauce has thickened to a desirable consistency
Once ready, plate it and serve!
