Claiming this is the BEST Fettuccine Alfredo is a bold statement, but it’s all I’ve been told by everyone who has ever enjoyed it. It’s not too heavy, it’s packed with flavor, and it’s ridiculously easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Oz Fettuccine Alfredo
  • 1 and 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Boil water for Fettuccine (Adding in a sprinkle of salt and a dash of oil)
  • Cook Fettuccine according to package instructions
  • Slice stick of butter and melt in a medium sized skillet with 1 cup of Heavy Cream, stirring frequently
  • Once Pasta is ready, strain and then return back to pot
  • Pour in Butter and Heavy Cream mixture over pasta and stir
  • Pour in remaining 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream and then slowly add in the Parmesan Cheese
  • Continue stirring all ingredients together until sauce has thickened to a desirable consistency
  • Once ready, plate it and serve!
