Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9x13” pan.
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in a large bowl.
In a saucepan over medium high heat, melt together butter, cocoa powder, Dr. Pepper Creamy Coconut, and buttermilk. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk well to combine. Then add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk well to combine.
Pour cake mixture into greased pan, and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes
Once cake is done baking, remove from the oven.
Start making the glaze by melting butter, unsweetened cocoa powder and Dr. Pepper creamy coconut together in a large sauce pan. Once the ingredients come to a boil, remove from heat and start stirring in the sifted, powdered sugar. Make sure to whisk well so there are no lumps.
Pour the melted glaze over the cake.
Allow the cake to rest for 15-30 minutes
