Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
°
Wash and chop vegetables
Spread veggies on a pan and coat with olive oil, then sprinkle with Greek seasoning.
Place chicken tenderloins on a separate pan and coat with olive oil, then sprinkle with Greek seasoning.
In a separate pot, bring water for your rice to a boil.
When ready, add the rice to the pot of boiling water at the same time you put your sheet pans into the oven.
Cook the veggies and chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the rice until all liquid is absorbed.
Once chicken is done cooking, let stand for 5 minutes, then cut into bite size pieces.
Assemble bowls with preferred toppings, and enjoy!
