Pumpkin Spice CinnaBun Cake

A delicious cinnamon bun styled cake with pumpkin spice flavoring and a delicious creamy glaze!

- 3 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 stick Butter (Melted)
For the Topping
- 2 sticks Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- .5 tbsp Pumpkin Spice
For the Glaze
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 5 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 350°, and grease a 9x13” pan.
Mix all of the ingredients for the cake together, adding the melted butter last.
Pour those ingredients into the prepared pan.
Mix the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl, then drop by spoonfuls over the base of the cake.
Using a knife, swirl the topping into the cake.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
When the cake is done, prepare the glaze. Whisk all the ingredients together until they form a smooth glaze.
Remove the cake from the oven and pour the glaze over it while it is still warm.
Serve it up and enjoy!
