Pumpkin Spice CinnaBun Cake

A delicious cinnamon bun styled cake with pumpkin spice flavoring and a delicious creamy glaze!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 stick Butter (Melted)

For the Topping

  • 2 sticks Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • .5 tbsp Pumpkin Spice

For the Glaze

  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°, and grease a 9x13” pan.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the cake together, adding the melted butter last.
  • Pour those ingredients into the prepared pan.
  • Mix the topping ingredients together in a separate bowl, then drop by spoonfuls over the base of the cake.
  • Using a knife, swirl the topping into the cake.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • When the cake is done, prepare the glaze. Whisk all the ingredients together until they form a smooth glaze.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and pour the glaze over it while it is still warm.
  • Serve it up and enjoy!
